This document details the procedures to enable pop-ups in CMPOnline.

Steps in this process are very similar for each browser and operating system. We will detail below the general steps that apply to each browser, then include some browser specific instructions at the end.

Enable Pop-Ups

(Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

  • Open CMPOnline in a browser of your choice.
  • Navigate to the User Preferences area, located in the top right between the New Case File button and the Log Out button.
    • On this screen, you are able to test if your pop-ups are enabled for CMPOnline.
      Click “test popups”.
      • If a new window opens and you see the working popups screen, you already have yours enabled.
      • If a new window does not appear follow the instructions below.
  1. At the top of your browser window, within the address bar, click on the popups icon. If you cannot identify this icon, see below for browser specific reference.
  2. Simply click Allow and return to CMPOnline to test again.
  3. Now, after clicking “test popups”, you should be brought to a new window showing the working popup screen. If not, please contact us at support@casemasterpro.com and we will provide further assistance in correctly enabling popups for CMPOnline.
