Featured Enhancements
Added a Client Setting to allow users to enter Balance Adjustments to Costs from the Case File’s Balance screen, for clients where costs are paid with the client’s credit card, setup under the Clients > Settings > General tab.
Added the ability to view images / documentation attached to an email from the Enhanced Email Automation if enabled.

Case File
- Opponents / Debtors:
- Added logic to store the Payment Arrangement’s Past Due Amount to be used in Custom Reporting and other reporting interfaces, under the Case File > Opponents / Debtors > Financials tab.
- Imaging:
- New ability to download multiple files at once without zipping them from the Imaging screen using the “Download Selected” action item when “Multi Select” is enabled.
- Financial:
- Updated the sort order on the Case File’s Billed and Paid grid to show the newest billed / paid entries first, under Case File > Financial > Billing.
Tools
- Updated the sample Excel Placements template to be slightly less complex for clients providing placements via Excel, under Tools > Data Import > Excel Placements.
- Custom Reporting:
- Added “Primary Opponent Full Name” and “Primary Opponent Full Name (Reverse)” fields to the “CaseFile” fieldset in Custom Reporting, to report on the primary opponent / debtor only.
- New Merge Fields:
- Added the Opponent / Debtor’s Service Address (street, city, state, zipcode) fields.
Accounting
- Added a Company Setting (must be configured by a CMP administrator) to set the “starting” Invoice Number used on bills / invoices, under Billing > Print Bills.
- New optional “List All Acct Numbers?” option when viewing remit reports, so that all of the Case File’s account numbers are listed on the remittance report under Accounting > Remittance.
- Added hyperlinks to the File Number column in various Accounting grids so that users can click the File Number to load it, on multiple screens under the Accounting Menu.
Administration
- Setup > Company:
- New Account-level User Defined Fields to the Company Automations area, under the Administration > Setup > Company > Automations tab.
- Added “CourtType” field to the Status Bar’s available fields, under the Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced tab.
- New ability to toggle on / off the “Test Document” button on the Case File > Documents screen for non-administrator users if the “Verify Documents” logic is disabled by a CMP administrator via a user’s Security Group, under Administration > Security > Security Groups.
- Added the ability to re-date reviews to a new “Date Due” based on a review code and review date due range, under Administration > Setup > System Maintenance.

- Disabled the requirement for periodic password changes for a firm’s Internal users if Two Factor Authentication is configured on the user account.
