Featured Enhancements

Added ability to create or upload and then merge data into Excel spreadsheets. Added additional features to support MMS multimedia sent via SMS to a company’s SMS number (if enabled) to automatically add to imaging. Please contact a CMP Representative for more information.

Case File

  • Litigation: 
    • Added Complaint Filed Date field to the Case File > Litigation > Main Information screen.  This field must be enabled within the Company settings.
    • Added fields for Judgment Description (if enabled) on the Case File > Litigation > Main Information screen and additional judgments / tax motions screen.  These fields must be enabled within the Company settings.
  • Financial > Billing:
    • Added ability for users to print bills from this area, if enabled within the Company settings.

Contacts

  • Clients:
    • Added logic to customize the email subject line on outgoing emails, per client, under Contacts > Clients > Settings > Settings.
    • Added Default Judge field to the County contact under Contacts > Counties, which is auto-selected when updating the Venue County under Case File > Litigation.
    • Added logic to add security to the Contacts > Clients > Detail screen, so as to limit access to the Client Settings screen.

Tools

  • Custom Reporting:
    • Added note to the Filter popups in Custom Reporting that pressing Cancel will not include that filter in the results.
    • Added confirmation dialog to the “Reset” button, under Tools > Custom Reporting > Build.
    • New custom reporting field(s) added:
      • Service Type
      • Defense Due Date

Accounting

  • Included the full Transaction Type description and Transaction Code description in the dropdowns under Accounting > Deposits > Enter Deposits.
  • Added logic to save the Deposit Type when moving between screens, under Accounting > Deposits > Enter Deposits.

Administration

  • Added “User Types” dropdown under Administration > Security > User Types, and allows the user to configure which user names appear in the Default User, Responsible Attorney, Auditor (if enabled), Collector (if enabled), and Paralegal (if enabled) dropdowns on the Case File > Main screen. These are configured under Administration > Security > Users.
  • Added “Service Type” field to the Case File > Opponents > Litigation screen, which can be setup under Administration > Lookups > Opponent > Service Types.
  • Administration > Setup > Company > SMS:
    • Added fields to customize incoming / outgoing SMS settings (if enabled), such as Activity Types / Review Codes entered on each.
    • Added fields to customize incoming MMS settings (if enabled), such as Review Codes / Imaging Descriptions entered on each.
  • Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced:
    • Added a company setting that allows users to print bills from Case File > Financials > Billing, if the option is selected.
    • Added Venue County as a supported Status Bar field.
    • Added Company option to show Client Funds Balance on Case File > Financial > Balance screen.
    • Added company settings for “Show BKR Case Number” on Litigation screen and “Show Judgment Lien Certificate” on Opponent > Litigation screen.
    • Added company settings for “Show Judgment Description” on Litigation screen.
    • Added company setting for “Show Recording Counties” on Litigation screen.
    • Added “Defense Due Date” to the Case File > Opponents > Litigation screen.

  • Added feature so that users don’t have to enter the “%” sign when entering data in percentage fields
