Featured Enhancements

New ability to “Filter” the quick view of Payment History by opponent / debtor, which now includes a Filtered Total,
on the Case File > Main screen > Total Payments.

Added the ability to enter multiple checks per document package (with various payees, to include Miscellaneous Vendors), under Administration > Lookups > Document > Document Packages.

    • New ability to view only reviews assigned to a specific Review Group, by changing the Assigned To and selecting the desired Review Group.

    Case File

    • Opponents:
      • Added popup to prompt the user to un-set the Returned Mail checkbox (if enabled in company settings) when editing an address (if the indicator is checked), under Case File > Opponents / Debtors > Contact Card.
      • New ability to enter an “Amount / Pmt” value into the Calculate Arrangement area (with interest enabled) to determine the number of months on the arrangement, under Case File > Opponents / Debtors > Financials.
      • Added hover-over / drilldown ability for the Bankruptcy Trustee dropdown (if enabled in Company setup), under the Case File > Opponents > Bankruptcy.
    • Subrogation:
      • Converted the “Defendant’s Insurance Company” field to a “select2” searchable dropdown, under Case File > Subrogation (only available for Subrogation case types).

    Tools

    • Custom Reporting:
      • Added various “Judgment Lien Certificate” fields (labeled “JLC *”).
      • Added “Audit Logs” as a Fieldset.

    Contacts

    • Updated the Contact Detail Dialog popup to show the Agent Information for applicable contacts (Banks, Employers, Clients) for easier updating.
    • Increased the length of the Company Name field for the Bank, Clerk, Client, and Employer contacts from 50 to 100 characters.
    • Added the ability to set the Default Branch for a Client for new case files, configured under the Contacts > Clients > Settings > General tab.

    Accounting

    • Updated the “Select Checks” grid to the newer CMP-style grid, under Accounting > Checks > Print Checks > Select.
    • Added the ability to view the “Total Selected” amount, under Accounting > Deposits > Enter Deposits.
    • Added ability to change the “Check” terminology to “Cheque” (must be configured by a CMP administrator)

    Administration

    • Added the ability to add “Validity Checks” to a document package, to prevent certain document packages from generating if specific conditions are not met on the case file, under Administration > Lookups > Document > Document Packages.
    • New company setting to change the trustee dropdown format throughout CMPOnline, under the Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced tab.
    • Updated a company setting to set the Default Branch field value used when creating new case files, under the Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced tab.
    • Added the ability to change the first “Country” listed in the Country dropdown (must be enabled by a CMP administrator).
    • Administration > Setup > Document Templates:
      • New Document Merge Fields:
        • “ClientBilling*” 
        • “ClientChecking*”
        • “AttorneyPhoneNumber”
        • “ClientFirstName” 
      • Added the ability to set default answers for “ASK” document merge field questions.

    General

    • Added the options to search by the “Insured Phone #1” or “Insured Phone #2” to the CMPFind popup.
    • New Column Visibility feature (to include the Original File Name column) on the “Add Attachment” popup used when selecting images in the Enhanced Email Automation dialog (must be enabled by a CMP administrator).
