Featured Enhancements
Added ability to create Image Shares for temporarily sharing specific documents with any third party.

Case File
- Main:
- Added Client Contact dropdown on Case File > Main screen (if activated), turned on from Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced.
- Added Phonebook button to Case File > Main screen, turned on from Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced.
- Accounts:
- Added fields for Fees Amount and Triple Damages Amount to the Case File > Accounts screen (also included in custom reporting and as document merge fields).
- Added POC Interest fields to Accounts screen (visible based on the Account Type).
- Added “Lost Document” field to Case File > Accounts.
- Subrogation:
- Added POC Interest fields to the Case File > Subrogation screen.
- Added fields for “Waiting for UMBI” and “Insureds Attorney” to the Case File > Subrogation screen (also included in custom reporting and as document merge fields).
- Activity:
- Added ability to add a Follow-Up Review while adding new Activity, under Case File > Activity.
- Imaging:
- Added ability to reorder images when packaging Images as a PDF, under Case File > Imaging.
Contacts
- Added ability to add “Additional Contacts” for clients and judges, under Contacts > Clients and Contacts > Judges.
- Added ability to scan images to a client and a judge, under Contacts > Clients and Contacts > Judges.
Tools
- Custom Reporting:
- Added Client Email Addresses to Custom Reporting field list.
Accounting
- Added ability to generate billing statements by file number, under Accounting > Billing > Open Bills.
- Added Payee field to the Accounting > Bank Account Recon > Clear Checks grid.
- Added “Bill Through Date” to Accounting > Billing > Print Bills (to exclude billing after a user-specified date)
- Updated “More Options” buttons (under Accounting > Billing > Enter Bills and Accounting > Deposits > Enter Deposits) to be more visible.
Administration
- Added field “Visible to Client?” for displaying images to the client (in the Client Portal or Client Login), setup under Administration > Case File > Image Descriptions.
- Added ability to set a Default Note Text on activity codes, under Administration > Lookups > Case File > Activity Codes.
- Added ability to set a Default Follow-Up Review on activity codes, under Administration > Lookups > Case File > Activity Codes.
- Added fields for Fees Amount / Label and Triple Damages Amount / Label to the Administration > Lookups > Account > Account Types screen (mainly used with “Bad Checks”).
- Added “Show Client Contact on Main Case File Screen” option, under Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced.
- Added Company Setting for “Check Problems on File Open”, under Administration > Setup > Company > Advanced.
- Added “Lost Document” Label to Administration > Lookups > Account > Account Types.
General
- Added ability to copy error messages to the clipboard, by clicking a copy link at the top of the message.
- Updated the CMPFind “GO” button to read “GO TO FILE” and updated logic to go to the first result if only one result returned.
