“New user, very happy”

Pros: I have been in the debt collection field for over 25 years and the conversion to this new product was very smooth. The ease of access to our data for export or document production is excellent. Cons: I honestly have not found anything yet. Anytime we have a need, the customer representatives respond quickly with a solution or suggestion. Switched From: Totality Reasons for Switching to Case Master Pro: The Totality cloud solution was just too expensive. Plus, there were functionality limits and no access to building our own custom reports.
